By masking keypad inputs and offloading transaction handling to PCI Pal, this solution ensures compliance with PCI DSS standards while delivering a seamless customer experience.
Customers must have an active PCI Pal account to enable this integration, after which Dialpad can assign phone numbers and route calls accordingly.

Full PCI DSS compliance: DTMF input is masked and removed from Dialpad systems, ensuring no sensitive information is stored, recorded, or transcribed.
